Description
Pastel de choclo is a traditional Chilean dish that consists of a savoury filling of ground beef, onions, chicken, olives, raisin and boiled eggs, topped with a layer of creamy corn mixture. The corn mixture is spread over the filling and baked until the top is golden brown and the filling is heated through. It is served hot, and sometimes accompanied by a side of fresh salad or pebre.
